nnabo strictly prohibits:
Any account found to violate this policy is permanently banned, and the content and account details are reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or local law enforcement as required by law.
Automated content screening. Media uploaded to the platform (photos, and where applicable, video/voice) is screened using automated moderation tooling before or shortly after publication, with hashing/matching against known CSAM databases where supported by our vendor integrations.
Human moderation review. Reports and flagged content are escalated to trained neighbourhood coordinators and platform moderators for review under a documented moderation policy.
Multi-flag and repeat-offense enforcement. Content that receives multiple user flags is automatically held pending review. Confirmed violations result in immediate account suspension; CSAE violations result in immediate and permanent removal, with no appeal path.
Age-appropriate access controls. nnabo is intended for users 18 years of age and older, consistent with our Terms of Service. We do not knowingly permit account creation by minors, and accounts identified as belonging to a minor are removed.
Location safeguards. Because nnabo verifies neighbourhood residency, we apply additional scrutiny to reports involving suspected use of location or resident-verification features to target minors.
Anyone - user or non-user - can report suspected CSAE content or behaviour on nnabo:
Confirmed CSAM is reported to NCMEC's CyberTipline and to the relevant Nigerian law enforcement authorities, and we cooperate fully with lawful requests from law enforcement.
