Delete your nnabo account

If you'd like to permanently delete your nnabo account and associated personal data, you can do so directly from within the app - no email required.

How to delete your account

Open the nnabo app.
Tap your avatar to go to Profile.
Tap the settings icon (top right of your profile).
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
Follow the prompts to confirm - you'll be asked to type DELETE as a final check.

When you delete your account:

Your name, photo, phone number, location and private messages are permanently erased.
Your account is deactivated immediately and you're signed out on every device.
Posts and comments you made stay visible to your neighbours - shown as from a deleted neighbour rather than you - so conversations others are still having don't break. No content is attributed to you afterward.
Any personal data we're required to retain for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes is kept only as long as necessary, and nothing else.

This action is immediate and cannot be undone.
